The Supreme Court of South Carolina, as part of a unique program designed to promote accessibility and engagement with communities throughout the state, scheduled its September 15-16, 2026, session at Clemson University’s Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.

Over the course of two days, cases will be scheduled for the five justices to hear. Two sessions will be held each day at the Brooks Center, 41 Jersey Lane, on Clemson’s main campus. Sessions are free and open to the public to attend with pre-registration.
